How long does delivery take?
Every SKYMOD watch is assembled to order. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location. All orders include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Tracked delivery is included with every SKYMOD watch, with no hidden fees and no additional charges at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the amount you pay to SKYMOD.
Are there any taxes or additional charges?
We do not add taxes or extra charges at checkout. In some cases, local authorities may apply charges after delivery. These are set by local regulations and are not added by us.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unused watches in their original condition and packaging. Engraved watches are final sale, as they are made to order.
How do I start a return?

What about the warranty?
Every SKYMOD watch comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, water damage, or normal wear.

We offer 30-day returns on unused watches in their original condition and packaging. If your watch arrives and it's not what you expected, we'll make it right.
Engraved watches are final sale, as each is made to order with your personal inscription.

2-Year Warranty
Every SKYMOD watch comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers:
- Manufacturing defects in the movement
- Defects in materials (case, crystal, crown)
- Assembly defects
Not covered: damage from impact, water exposure beyond rated depth, normal wear of straps, or damage from unauthorized service.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. We never store your credit card information. Shopify is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment security certification.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major payment methods through our secure checkout.
About Engraving
What can be engraved?
Every SKYMOD watch can be engraved on the caseback with a personal message. Common choices include:
- A name: "Tim Deppe"
- A date: "June 15, 2026"
- A short message: "Happy Retirement, Dad"
- A milestone: "25 Years of Service"
How many characters?
We recommend up to 30 characters for the best result. Shorter messages engrave more clearly and read more easily on the caseback.
What font is used?
We use a clean, classic serif font that reads well at small sizes. The engraving is done with precision laser etching for permanent, crisp results.
Can I see a proof before assembly?
Yes. After you place your order, we'll email you to confirm the exact engraving text before we begin assembly. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
Is engraving free?
Yes, always. Personal engraving is included with every SKYMOD watch at no extra cost. It's not an add-on or an upgrade. It's part of what makes a SKYMOD a SKYMOD.
What about returns on engraved watches?
Because each engraved watch is made uniquely for you, engraved watches are final sale. We'll confirm every detail with you before assembly to make sure it's exactly right.
When do I enter the engraving text?
You can enter your engraving text in the cart before checkout. If you prefer, you can also leave it blank and we'll reach out after your order to collect it.
