Shipping & Delivery

Yes — we offer free tracked worldwide delivery on all orders.

Delivery takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

Each watch is hand-assembled and tested before shipping. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.

You will receive a tracking link once your watch ships.

Most destinations have no additional customs fees.

All taxes are shown at checkout.

Some countries may apply small import duties — if applicable, this will be indicated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day returns on unused watches in original condition and packaging.

Engraved watches are final sale and cannot be returned (custom personalization).

Just email admin@skymod.watch with your order number.

We will provide instructions and the return address.

Please note that returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Yes. Start a return, and once approved, you may place a new order.

Warranty

Every SKYMOD watch includes a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement, case, crystal, and hands.

  • Normal wear
  • Water damage due to misuse
  • Battery life (chronographs)
  • Damage from accidents
  • Loss or theft

Orders & Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your watch ships.

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

If it hasn’t updated after 3 days, email us and we’ll check with the carrier.

Product & Assembly

Yes — every watch is hand-assembled, regulated and tested before shipping.

Slight variations in finish or dial texture may occur due to hand-assembly. This is normal and makes each piece unique.
