How does engraving work?

Case-back engraving is included. After you order, we email you to collect your engraving text: a name, a date or a short message. We confirm the text with you before assembly.

Can I get it by a specific date?

Each watch is assembled after you order it, then shipped. We email you when it ships. If you need it by a date, email support@skymod.watch before you order.

What does the recipient receive?

Their watch arrives in a presentation box. No gift wrapping needed.

I'm buying this as a gift. What if they don't like it?

You can return an unused watch within 30 days, in its original condition and packaging. Engraved watches are final sale, because they are made to order. You pay the return shipping, unless the watch arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Is delivery included?

Yes. Shipping is free on every store order. Import duty or tax may apply in some countries; they are set by the destination country.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. You pay through an encrypted checkout. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout.
