Shipping

Processing time: Every SKYMOD watch is hand-assembled to order, which takes 5–12 days.

Delivery time: Typically 7 business days worldwide once dispatched.

Carriers: We ship with trusted international couriers and provide tracking for every order.

Customs & Duties: None is expected for the US and the EU. Import duties, VAT, or local taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

We hope you’ll love your SKYMOD, but if not:

You may return an unused watch within 14 days of receipt.

The watch must be in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for unused watches in original condition within 14 days.
