Shipping

Shipping is free on every store order.

Every watch is assembled to order after you place it. We email you when your watch ships. If you need it by a date, email support@skymod.watch before you order.

Customs, duty and tax

Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply. Import duty or tax may also be charged when the watch arrives, depending on your country. Those charges are set by the destination country, not by SKYMOD.

Returns

• You can return an unused watch within 30 days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging.
• Engraved watches are final sale, because they are made to order. This does not affect the warranty, or our promise to put right a watch that arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Email support@skymod.watch before you send a watch back. We will send you the return address.
• You pay the return shipping, unless the watch arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Then we pay it.
• Refunds go to your original payment method after we receive and check the watch.

Exchanges

For an exchange, request a return and place a new order.

Company and club editions

Editions carry your mark and are made for you. The terms in your written confirmation apply.
