Shipping

Processing time
Every SKYMOD watch is hand-assembled to order. Assembly and quality control take 2–4 business days.

Delivery time
Tracked worldwide delivery takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. Most customers receive their watch in 7–14 business days total from the time of order.

Carriers
We ship with trusted international couriers and provide a tracking link for every order.

Customs & Duties

US & EU customers: No additional duties or VAT are expected.
Other regions: Import duties, VAT, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

We hope you’ll love your SKYMOD — but if not, we’ve made returns simple.

You may return an unused watch within 30 days of receipt.
The watch must be in original condition and packaging.
Contact us before sending your watch back.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for unused watches in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
