Warranty

Every SKYMOD watch comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery. This includes company and club editions.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Movement failure (automatic or meca-quartz)
• Hands, dial and case defects under normal use

What's not covered

• Normal wear, such as scratches and strap wear
• Water damage beyond the stated water resistance of about 3 ATM
• Accidental damage, misuse or unauthorised changes
• Batteries and straps after delivery

How to claim

Email support@skymod.watch with your order number and photos or a description of the issue. We will arrange a repair, a replacement or another fair resolution. For an accepted claim, we pay the shipping both ways.

Gifts

The warranty goes with the watch. If it was a gift, the person who received it can claim. The buyer's name or email is enough to find the order.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
