At SKYMOD, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Every timepiece is covered by a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Movement failure (automatic, GMT, or meca-quartz)
• Hands, dial, and case defects under normal use

What’s not covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear)
• Water damage beyond the stated 3 ATM resistance
• Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
• Batteries, straps, or crystals after initial delivery

How to claim

1. Contact us at admin@skymod.watch with your order number.
2. Provide photos or a description of the issue.
3. Our team will arrange repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution.

SKYMOD reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility. This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
