How does engraving work?
After you place your commission, we’ll email you to collect your engraving text. A name, a date, a short message, or any combination. We’ll confirm the exact text with you before we begin assembly.
Engraving is always free on every SKYMOD watch.
Can I get it by a specific date?
Every SKYMOD is assembled to order. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days with full tracking included.
If you’re ordering for a birthday, retirement, or other occasion, email us at support@skymod.watch with your date and we’ll let you know if we can meet it.
What does the recipient receive?
Their watch arrives in our signature stitched Presentation Vault, displayed on a cushion, ready to give. No gift wrapping needed.
Each commission also includes an Archive Record documenting the exact specifications of their watch.
I’m buying this as a gift. What if they don’t like it?
If the watch is unengraved, it can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Engraved watches are final sale, because they’ve been personalized.
